The Perfect Wedding in Mallorca

One of the most elegant ways to say “I do” on the dream island of Mallorca. In August, we had the pleasure of organizing the dream wedding of Kinga Mathe and Jakob, marking the highlight of the wedding season on Mallorca. Despite the challenges we faced during the pandemic year, including venue cancellations and guest confirmations, we were able to completely redesign the concept and find a new venue just three weeks before the big day. For the ceremony, we chose one of the World Leading Hotels on Mallorca, the Castell Son Claret, located in the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains. The venue impresses with its stunning terraces, lush gardens, and an exceptional cuisine.

A Classic and Timeless Wedding Concept

The concept for Kinga and Jakob’s wedding was classic, elegant, and timeless. The ceremony featured an exquisite round wedding arch adorned with countless white roses, and white flower petals lined the bride’s long aisle. With the beautiful view of the palm-lined gardens, the couple exchanged their vows in a romantic and humorous ceremony, which was the perfect introduction to an unforgettable day. The ceremony was officiated by Dana Freyberg from Mallorca Lovestory and Agentur Traumhochzeit.

Kinga Mathe Radiant Look in a Galia Lahav Gown

Kinga looked absolutely radiant in a unique dress by Galia Lahav, the renowned Israeli designer known for her sensual, custom-made, and royal bridal gowns. With a modern, short veil and an elegant bouquet of white roses and orchids, Kinga stood before the altar, leaving the guests in awe. Her three children accompanied her and lovingly handed her over to Jakob. This was undoubtedly one of the most magical moments of the day, and the tears in Jakob’s eyes were evident.

The male guests wore classic black tuxedos, and the ladies appeared in elegant dresses, despite the over 35°C heat. To help keep things cool, fans and small white paper umbrellas were provided as sun protection.

Entertainment & Atmosphere

The day was also filled with great entertainment. Nonhle Beryl, a South African singer and songwriter, and her band brought the right groove, creating a lively and festive atmosphere.

The Castell Son Claret is not only known for its culinary delights but also for its beautiful photo backdrops. We arranged the first family photos and a couple’s shoot in its stunning surroundings.

A Beautiful Dinner and Party Setting

After the champagne reception, all guests were shuttled to the dinner and party venue, where an elaborate setup awaited them.

Our team of over 90 vendors transformed the dinner area in just a few hours, creating a sophisticated, yet fun atmosphere. For the design, we focused on creating optimal shade that reflected elegance and class. The idea was to kick off the party right from dinner. We chose a large white stage as the central focus, with dinner tables surrounding it. Chandeliers and fairy lights set a romantic mood, while white fabrics provided shade and contributed to the overall look.

For the dinner tables, we incorporated more color and many elegant elements. Beautiful flower arrangements in pastel, apricot, and cream hues were paired with large gold candles, creating an elegant and charming atmosphere. The crystal glasses added a shimmering touch, and golden chairs completed the design, evoking a modern elegance paired with a hint of Dolce Vita, summoning a summery, lively vibe.

As a highlight, we created a Champagne Tower, which was presented alongside the cake.

Kinga Mathe, a talented dirndl designer, and her husband, businessman Jakob König, placed great emphasis on top-notch entertainment and the overall experience for their guests. As an experienced host, Kinga wanted the atmosphere and hospitality to be perfect.
