The wedding of Natali and Richard marked the perfect conclusion to our season. For this dream couple, we transformed the stunning Castell in Mallorca into the backdrop for their glamorous celebration.
Step into the magic of this special wedding.
Natali & Richard´s elegant Castle Wedding
Natali & Richard’s wedding in Mallorca brought our season to a beautiful close in October. The neo-Gothic mansion with its castle-like charm created the ideal setting for their elegant celebration with over 130 guests.
The festivities began with a pre-wedding get-together the evening before, at “Mar de Nudos”, where guests enjoyed drinks and canapés, getting to know each other while eagerly anticipating the big day. DJ Karim got the younger crowd going with his drums and cool beats, keeping the energy high well into the night.
On the morning of the wedding, our team of over 70 dedicated helpers arrived bright and early to ensure everything was set up perfectly and on time.
The Rehearsal
For Natali and Richard, the day began with a rehearsal.
The days leading up to the wedding are always filled with excitement and a bit of nervousness for every bride. Among the planning, anticipation, and last-minute preparations, the rehearsal plays a crucial role. This seemingly small step can make a big difference, helping the bride walk down the aisle with confidence and grace on the big day.
Rehearsing the perfect walk allows the bride to practice moving in her wedding dress, which is often longer or more voluminous than everyday attire, making it a little challenging to walk in. The rehearsal gives her the confidence she needs and ensures she feels comfortable and poised as she walks down the aisle.
It also helps calm the bride’s nerves. The wedding day is emotional and exciting, and the rehearsal provides a moment of preparation. This also ensures that the bridesmaids and flower girls know exactly when to start walking and where to scatter the petals, helping everyone feel more at ease knowing the timing and order of events.
Getting Ready
While Richard prepared for the big moment at “Castell de Bendinat”, one of the best makeup artists on the island, Aleksandra from La Glam, worked her magic on Natali, transforming her into a radiant bride.
Her makeup was natural, accentuating Natali’s beauty, and Aleksandra created a classic yet modern hairstyle—a braided low bun that perfectly complemented Natali’s elegant gown with a deep, glittering back.
In the afternoon, guests were shuttled to the castle. The location was a surprise until the very last minute and kept top secret!
Our team, along with Richard, warmly welcomed the guests with a champagne reception. The dress code was, of course, Black Tie.
Black Tie adds an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication to any wedding. The formal attire creates a festive mood and highlights the importance of the occasion. It’s a timeless dress code for weddings that will never go out of style.
Summer Wedding Feeling in October on Mallorca
For mid-October, the wedding day was one of the warmest in a long time, with temperatures soaring over 35°C and a light sea breeze—perfect for an outdoor celebration.
The guests were even more grateful for the thoughtful little details designed to ensure everyone’s comfort. Custom-made caps with the inscription “You’re in my heart” and hand-painted fans depicting the castle were handed out, along with refreshing towels and, of course, the all-important heel protectors when you get married in Mallorca.
Photographer “Julie Neiss” and videographer “Dato” captured all the highlights and emotional moments with their cameras and drone. Julie and Dato share our passion for magical moments, and we are so grateful to have them as part of our weddings time and time again. Their professionalism and dedication make them our top recommendation for couples who want to preserve their special moments in timeless memories.
The ceremony was officiated by a priest from Germany, who also performs non-denominational weddings. A major highlight was our live singer **Blanca**, who surprised the couple by stopping her show at “Lio” to sing their favorite song from the bridge. It was pure goosebumps!
The ceremony began with the entrance of the flower girls, followed by Natali in her breathtaking gown with an intricate back detail. During the prayers, all the guests sang along to the lyrics we had distributed earlier. The ceremony ended with a moving rendition of “Never Enough”.
The flower cannon during the couple’s exit was also unforgettable. Over 10,000 petals were shot into the air, creating a truly magical rain of petals.
Following the ceremony, a classical quartet provided a beautiful musical backdrop, allowing the guests and the couple to mingle and enjoy the garden.
For the champagne reception, canapés were served along with a stand offering freshly sliced “Jamon Serrano”. A cool Aperol Spritz was, of course, a must to complement the warm temperatures.
The Decor
For the dinner, we chose the area just in front of the castle and tailored the color and decoration concept to complement the venue.
“Every detail came together seamlessly and created a stunning environment and atmosphere.”
Looking at the decoration, the magic we created with our team becomes especially evident. Long, elegant dinner tables formed the foundation. Classic elegance with noble accents and modern touches set the tone and perfectly matched the spectacular ambiance.
Crystal chandeliers bathed the venue in beautiful light, casting a glow that was pure enchantment! The warm candlelight was a central element in the table décor, giving it an unmatched charm. Over 400 candles also adorned the steps leading to the entrance.
For the wedding, we had custom-made tablecloths for the long tables and napkins that perfectly matched the color of the cushioned chairs.
The Käfer Cateringteam, the renowned German caterer, flew in from Munich to spoil the guests with a delicious three-course meal. Instead of a large wedding cake, Natali and Richard opted to serve individual “Black Forest Gatea” desserts to each guest.
The evening was far from ordinary. The couple’s grown-up children delivered heartfelt speeches during dinner. A special surprise included a speech accompanied by a magic trick. The dinner ended with the couple’s first dance, a romantic waltz. The guests enjoyed the festive atmosphere, and the energy was contagious. Musical performances continued as a band from “Saint Tropez”serenaded everyone with Italian songs, and Natali joined in, singing along.
For the party, Natali and Richard wanted something truly unique for themselves and their guests. Our team spent over two days transforming the castle’s party hall into a stylish nightclub. We had a wall installation made from small mirrored tiles that decorated the walls of the disco. The remaining walls were draped with black molton fabric, creating the perfect club atmosphere. Black flooring was laid, and the DJ stage was elevated to 2 meters, allowing the DJ and live performers to stand out.
During dinner, we distributed LED wristbands to the guests. When we played the song “Viva la Vida” by Coldplay outdoors, we turned off the chandeliers, and all the LED wristbands began to glow, lighting up the party.
The guests moved into the disco in high spirits, and DJs Beni and Constantin kept the energy up all night. The dance floor was packed until the very last second.
The wedding weekend for this Munich couple ended with an After-Wedding Brunch featuring a delicious Weißwurst breakfast at Mar Sea Club, the perfect conclusion to Natali & Richard’s wedding.
