Hello and welcome!
We are Dana and Karim, the couple behind Mallorca Lovestory.

We founded Mallorca Lovestory 8 years ago, after meeting and falling in love on the beautiful island of Mallorca. In less than two years, we successfully expanded our business internationally, becoming wedding planners specializing in destination weddings across Italy, Mallorca, Ibiza, and the Maldives.

Our passion and professionalism quickly earned us a reputation in the wedding industry. Both of us are creative minds with a deep love for music. Dana originally studied classical singing, while Karim signed his first record deal at the age of 16. He then toured the world with his own productions.

Our stage experience has shaped our approach to weddings. We love creating an atmosphere that flows seamlessly, with perfect transitions throughout the celebration. We are not your typical wedding planners with clipboards in hand—we become an integral part of your day, paying close attention to every detail so that you and your guests can enjoy a relaxed, joyful experience.

Dana is the heart and soul of our company, serving as the Creative Director and designing all of our concepts. She listens closely to understand who you are and what fits you best. We love timeless creations, as well as vibrant, artistic designs. Inspired by your ideas, we bring them to life with our experience, turning them into a truly unique event for you and your guests. Coming from a family of artists, Dana infuses each planning process with her passion for art and color. As a celebrant, Dana began writing and delivering her first wedding ceremonies over 20 years ago in Germany, long before the concept of free weddings was widely known.

Every year, we plan between 20 to 30 events, which allows us to dedicate ample time and attention to each one. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds—whether footballers, rappers, musicians, or entrepreneurs, we embrace diversity and celebrate the differences that make each wedding unique.

Karim

CFO & Multiskill Eventplanning

As the CEO of several large companies, Karim brings his business acumen and entrepreneurial expertise to the table. He’s not just our Creative Head; he also keeps an eye on every detail—managing numbers, deadlines, and carefully reviewing offers. He is the calm presence in the room, always finding the perfect solution. Karim is also our technical specialist.

Whether it's stage construction, complex setups, or the perfect event technology, his years of experience organizing large-scale events in LA, Orange County, Miami, Dubai, and San Francisco have equipped him with the know-how to manage the backstage world. He’s the man behind the scenes who makes sure everything runs smoothly.

We work transparently with a fantastic planning tool, which means we always have your budget in check. We also visualize your wedding in precise scale so you can get a clear picture of what your event will look like.
