This venue is ideal for a summer wedding, even in the hottest months of July and August, offering both stunning beauty and comfort.

The choice of wedding venue on Mallorca was clear to Alex & Remo from the moment they first visited. With expansive grounds, a large pool, and modern amenities, this location provided a truly unique wedding experience. Feel-good vibes were guaranteed!

A Joyful Start: Getting Ready with Loved Ones

The wedding day began with a classic yet joyful Getting Ready with their closest friends. Alex shared this special time with her bridesmaids on the beautiful terrace of the Finca, and from here, she could watch the final touches being made to the venue… The excitement was palpable as Alex sipped champagne with a glass in one hand and her adorable ring-bearing dog in the other, all while eagerly watching her dream wedding come to life.

Rebecca Spendlove, our trusted stylist, joined Alex and her bridal party, ensuring that everything was perfect for the big day.

A Relaxed Vibe for the Groom and Groomsmen

While the bride enjoyed her pampering, Remo and his groomsmen were in high spirits as they relaxed by the pool, beer in hand, eagerly awaiting the celebrations to come. Meanwhile, our team was working hard behind the scenes to coordinate over 80 workers under the intense heat of 40°C. Ensuring everything ran smoothly, from dealing with last-minute technical issues to perfecting every detail, is what we do best. And most importantly, maintaining high energy levels among our team to ensure a joyful atmosphere that translates to the guests and the overall success of the wedding.

Welcoming the Guests with Drinks and a Beautiful Atmosphere

As the first guests arrived, we welcomed them with refreshing homemade lemonade and music. Alex, meanwhile, enjoyed a quiet moment with her bridesmaids, soaking in the calm before the storm.

To keep everyone cool under the intense sun, we provided hats, fans, and small umbrellas for guests’ comfort.

Designing the Perfect Modern Boho Wedding

Alex dreamed of a modern boho wedding, and we brought her vision to life with a rustic yet elegant flair. The wedding arch was adorned with roses in white, cream, and blush tones, complemented by pampas grass. The decor harmonized beautifully with bamboo chairs, creating a perfect seaside ambiance.

As Alex walked down the aisle, escorted by her two fathers and surrounded by her bridesmaids, the emotional atmosphere was impossible to ignore. The ceremony was filled with heartfelt moments, and our celebrant, Dana Freyberg, delivered a touching speech about Alex and Remo’s love story, leaving guests in awe. There was even a special guest at the ceremony – the couple’s dog, who brought the wedding rings to the altar, no treats needed!

An Emotional Ceremony and Heartwarming Moments

The ceremony was accompanied by live music, featuring the couple’s favorite songs, and after the vows and kiss, a vibrant flower shower and a drum performance by Karim added even more magic to the moment. Karim’s energetic drumming led the guests to the poolside for the champagne reception, where Alex & Remo were showered with love and congratulations.

A fun surprise awaited the couple during the reception – a flashmob performed by their loved ones! A fantastic way to elevate the mood before the main party even began. A live saxophonist played smooth tunes while lounge corners with sofas, rugs, and sunshades provided a relaxed vibe for everyone.

Julie Neiss captured every special moment of the day with her camera, from radiant smiles and romantic kisses to carefree dances and stunning decor details.

The Finca Santimar offered a wealth of picturesque spots for memorable photos. Whether for couples or group shots, every corner of this venue provides the perfect backdrop. The combination of nature, the sea, and the light creates a magical atmosphere, with diverse settings including views of the ocean, an antique stone pillar, cactus gardens, palm trees, postmodern architecture, and a crystal-clear pool. This Mallorca wedding venue truly combines the best of all worlds!

Attention to Detail and Stunning Decor

Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the blush tones and crystal accents to the flowing fabric runners and dark wooden tables, creating a perfect contrast while rounding out the rustic-modern concept. Gold-accented dinnerware sparkled as the evening lights reflected on the dishes, and a magical “thousand and one nights” fairy light sky illuminated the dinner tables. It was the ideal setting for an unforgettable evening.

A curtain of fairy lights behind the couple’s table created the perfect backdrop for stunning photos as they were welcomed by their loved ones with a standing ovation and the grand opening of dinner.

Thoughtful Wedding Favors and Unique Touches

As a beautiful touch, small jars of coarse salt in various colors were placed on the tables as wedding favors, offering a heartfelt token of appreciation for the guests. In true Mallorca style, local olive oil and salt made for a perfect gift.

For dessert, a stunning three-tier wedding cake in rose tones with golden accents was served, signaling the transition from dinner to the party.

Poolside Fun and Party Atmosphere

A highlight of the evening was the pool area. We wanted to create an atmosphere where every guest, including the older ones, could enjoy the party. The pool area became the heart of the celebration, with pool plates creating a dance floor in the middle, surrounded by LED balloons that added to the vibrant poolside atmosphere.

For a truly unforgettable party, we needed the right lighting and special effects. A disco ball, CO2 machine, hazer, and sparklers created a fun, high-energy atmosphere.

The Dance Floor Comes Alive

Alex & Remo shared their first dance as newlyweds, and for the surprise effect, a sparkling fireworks display accompanied their dance lift.

Of course, Karim was on hand with his drum show, joined by Marc, to get the party going. The celebration lasted until the early hours of the morning, and inevitably, everyone ended up in the pool! The fog machine added some extra fun and cooling relief.

Fun Photo Booth and Candy Bar for the Guests

Guests enjoyed the photo booth and the sweet treats at the candy bar, while the younger attendees were delighted by the fun, lovingly prepared treats.
