Vanessa & Kevin’s wedding marked the start of our season on Mallorca, and what a way to begin! With a breathtaking concept, this special day turned into an unforgettable experience. From the get-together to the glamorous wedding celebration at their private finca – Vanessa and Kevin’s wedding was a true festival of love, joy, and spectacular details. Get-Together in Mallorca

The big day began with a delightful get-together at the 5 Illes Beach Restaurant, located at Playa dels Estanys in the heart of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Situated on one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches, this idyllic beach restaurant was the perfect spot to set the tone for the upcoming wedding. The cheerful atmosphere and picturesque backdrop created an ideal setting for guests to mingle, get to know each other, and raise a glass in anticipation of the big day.

Wedding Day

The wedding took place at their private villa on Mallorca, nestled amidst nature and surrounded by palm trees – the perfect setting for a dream wedding. Our vision was to create a romantic yet modern wedding in the style of *One Thousand and One Nights*, and the result far exceeded our expectations.

The villa was carefully prepared for the wedding, with the lawns extended to provide ample space for the guests. A large tent was custom-built and set up five days before the wedding. Over 50 chandeliers were installed, casting a warm and inviting glow throughout the space.

White linen drapes were specially tailored to enhance the atmosphere, giving the entire setting a unique feel. The wedding day began with a gentle summer breeze that flowed through the curtains, creating a romantic ambiance.

Getting Ready

As preparations were in full swing, Vanessa and her bridesmaids were getting ready at a nearby hotel. Meanwhile, Kevin spent time by the pool with his best man and the children, watching the final touches of the setup.

The bridal bouquet, composed of white peonies, perfectly complemented Vanessa’s elegant dress. The mermaid-style gown, crafted from white lace, was absolutely breathtaking. The form-fitting dress hugged Vanessa’s silhouette in a special way, creating an enchanting look. Delicate floral lace added a subtle sensuality, while the open back lent the dress a lightness that captivated Kevin.

Reception

Guests were welcomed on the villa’s pool terrace with refreshing drinks, soaking in the wonderful weather and lively atmosphere. Everyone was dressed in white, which created a stylish, light, and summery ambiance.

Wedding Dress Code

The “White” dress code was a wonderful idea to create a unified yet diverse atmosphere. Guests and the couple were all dressed in radiant white, transforming the entire setting into a canvas that showcased the beauty and individuality of each guest.

This dress code allowed guests to express their personalities through their white outfits. From elegant white dresses and suits to light summer dresses and casual shirts, the “White” theme offered a variety of choices. White is a universally flattering color, which can be beautifully complemented with individual golden or colorful accessories.

Ceremony

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the ceremony, where all the guests gathered in the specially designed ceremony area by the pool. A curved white aisle led to a romantic arch adorned with over 600 roses.

The air was filled with excitement as Vanessa made her way to the ceremony in a Land Rover, driving along the villa’s entrance. She walked down the aisle with her father, captivating everyone with her stunning look. The bridesmaids and flower girls walked ahead of her, adding to the elegance of the moment.

The ceremony was held by our planner and celebrant, Dana Freyberg, who delivered a deeply emotional and humorous tribute to Vanessa and Kevin’s love story.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds were celebrated with a champagne reception by the pool. For the children, an ice cream truck was available, and Eribertho from Ibiza added to the festive mood with his singing and drumming. Salsa dancers wowed the guests with their passionate performance.

Sophia Noelle, the photographer, made the most of the golden light before the sunset to capture beautiful family and couple portraits.

Wedding Dinner

Guests were absolutely enchanted by the breathtaking dinner area. White drapes, string lights, and stunning table decorations with coral accents, along with hanging chandeliers, created a warm and magical atmosphere that shimmered in the golden sunlight.

An exquisite four-course menu was served, and everyone enjoyed the meal together. The perfect conclusion to the dinner and the start of the party was the champagne tower and the impressive wedding cake.

Wedding Party in Mallorca

The stage, specially built for the event, became the focal point of the celebration. Mallorca Wedding DJ Karim ensured that guests flooded the dance floor, keeping the party going into the night. Adjacent to the dance floor, a lounge area was created with a mix of modern and classic styles, featuring golden patterns. The area was equipped with shishas and decorated with rugs and candles, offering a stylish, relaxed vibe.

This party was far from ordinary. In addition to DJ Karim, numerous live performances kept the entertainment levels high. Singer Vanessa wowed everyone with her performance, while talented saxophonist Anastasia and violinist Julio fired up the mood.

The combination of infectious music, spectacular show acts, and the euphoric atmosphere loosened everyone’s inhibitions and led to a lively party night. Our shisha lounge provided a brief moment of relaxation.
